We are at present recruiting for the following vacancy: 

Preschool Manager
Service: Kilrickle Preschool
Location: Kilrickle National School, Loughrea, Co. Galway
Hours:  9.30am – 12.30pm , Monday – Friday (During School Term)
Commence Date: September/October 2023
Contract: September/October 2023 – August 24
The manager will report directly to Kilrickle National School Board of Management.
Applicants must have:

· Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach to early childhood education and care
· Minimum Level 6 Early Childhood Education Degree
· Experience in a leadership role desirable
· Ability to facilitate groups and manage staffing
· Excellent organisational skills
· Experience of working with preschool children
· A child centred approach to working with children
· Understanding of ECCE/ NCS funding
· Experience in compliance inspections (Tusla/Pobal/ DES etc)
