- Childminders’ Networks
Cluster Networks & Playgroups
Childminders interested in setting up or attending local networks should contact Childminder Advisory Officer (CMAO), Colette Coughlan as soon as possible. The aim is for childminders - whose role can sometimes be quite isolating - to have a place to bring their children along to meet & play with other childminders and their children. Childminders also have the opportunity to pool resources, knowledge, support and information as well as identifying any local challenges that can be brought to the Committee.
The Galway City & County Childcare committee has supported these networks in the past and is happy to facilitate these meetings in any way we can. Please contact CMAO Colette Coughlan with your proposals/suggestions or for further details.
